Power of Proper Introduction

There are 7 key elements to a proper introduction

 

  • Open posture.  It’s important to square your body up with the other person and fully engage in the introduction.
  • Eye contact.  It’s critical you maintain eye contact through-out the introduction.  If you lose it, even for a moment, it makes a huge difference.
  • Smile.  When you smile, they will smile.  Most of us need to do more of this anyway.
  • Energy.  You can give energy during the introduction or you can take energy.  Send it out in large quantities.  It’s a great gift.
  • Lean forward slightly.  Don’t overdo it, but if you lean forward slightly it will send the message that you’re interested in them.  Try it and you’ll see what I mean.
  • Handshake.  Not too hard.  Not too soft.  Firm.  Friendly.  Don’t hold it too long, but don’t make it too short either.  Try to do it with open posture, while you’re maintaining eye contact, while smiling, giving out positive energy and leaning forward slightly.
  • Act like a long lost friend. If you truly act like a long lost friend (which incorporates all of the things above), you’ll find they will open right up.

 

The reality here is, when you do this right, you are giving a gift and people will like you.  People do business with people they like and people who like them.

Set a goal to properly introduce yourself to a certain number of people this week.  You set the number.  Pay attention to what you learn through this exercise and use what you learn to get better and better until it becomes a part of you. Master this skill and you’re on your way.

How to create a new warm list using Meetup

Have you run out of people to talk to? Have you finished with your hot list & warm list? If yes, then it’s time to develop new warm list. The best way to do it is using Meetup.

It happens to all of us at some point of time in our network marketing careers. We hit that wall and must begin to find new ways to find people and develop relationships.

Meetup opens new avenues to find prospects locally.

Do you love salsa? Do you love trekking? Do you love reading? Do you love meditation? Do you love speaking? Do you love partying?

Attending meetups regularly will help you to expand your list on ongoing basis so you can find potential prospects there.

Meetup is the most underutilized tool where prospecting is concerned.

There are a few rules to remember when you attend events and make contacts

  1. Establish rapport and build relationships first.
  2. Schedule lunch or coffee with those you think might be good prospects. Don’t get into pitching temptation.
  3. At your personal meet up, just get to know them. You do not want to introduce your business here, unless it happens naturally in the conversation. You are just meeting to get to know each other.

When you become a regular at these events, and people begin to know, like and trust you, it’s easier to strike a conversation about what you do and who you are looking for.

ABC of Closing

ABC of Closing

Most of Network Marketers while closing the deal goof up completely.

They don’t know what the closing is. They take the meaning of closing as “convincing“. When they see they can’t convince someone into buying they go into desperate mode. They loose the posture & in the end they have lost the deal.

Today,we are going to learn what is the mindset required to close the deal. It’s mainly about the mindset. When I say that it doesn’t mean that you don’t require any skill but mindset is more important while closing the deal.

So when you show someone the presentation what is your mindset.

You should always be closing.

Closing means collecting a decision either “yes” or “no

It doesn’t always have to be yes.

When you show presentation to somebody , while closing ask these 3 golden questions?

  1. What did you like the best?

Anything he/she says, drag him back to money part.

2. What do you think, can’t we do it together as a team?

Give him re-assurance that , you are going to hold his hand throughout the journey.

3. I think you are ready to get started. Ask him how soon he would like to get started.

This is the time you are going to hear a lot of questions, objections. Deal with them with an open mind. Don’t try to close the deal on the spot. Don’t try to hurt someone’s ego. You are in relationship selling not in hard selling.

Always remember it.

Why you should do Network Marketing?

Why people start with Network Marketing?

There are couple of reasons for that

  • To create residual income. You can earn even when you are not working.

 

 

 

 

 

  • You have time freedom so you can choose when to work and when not to work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • You get what you are actually worth for, not less , not more.

 

  • You get tax benefits.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And the most important thing which nobody ever talks which is “Personal Development

Everybody talks about all other things except which I mentioned in the end.

I think “Personal Development” should be the most important thing to become successful in Network Marketing. I can’t really describe how much this business helped me to get out of my comfort zone. I learned to overcome my fear.

I was very shy before coming into this business.I never used to talk to more than 5 or 6 of my closest friends, this business helped me to overcome my public speaking fear. I used to stutter before coming in, I improved a lot while I talk now.

Now I know how to initiate conversation with a stranger, how to network effectively.

I struggled a lot in the beginning, that’s why I started reading a lot of self-help books. I learnt many many techniques like Law of Attraction, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and etc. I started doing meditation regularly.

If I had massive success in the beginning or if I had chosen some other route ,I would have never started working on my mindset ever. I am still learning new things each and everyday.

Last but not the least , my mindset has become unbreakable, even if I lose everything, I have got my mindset right and that is the reason I can again create success from scratch.

Jim Rohn once said (about Network Marketing) ” It’s not what you earn, it’s what you become in the process is more important.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your mindset becomes similar to a champion.You become unstoppable.You have no other option but to succeed in your Network Marketing business.
