Passion : A Single most skill required to drive the business to the next level

Passion : A Single most skill required to drive the business to the next level

How passionate are you about your job?  Have you found your passion, or are you trading your time for money?  Does what you do contribute to who you are or does it distract?

When you get up in the morning and you are thinking about the day ahead, what does that feel like?  Are you stressed?  Are you filled with dread?  Are you indifferent?  Are you passionate about what you do?

Passion is an invisible force that drives people to do their best in the pursuit of what is important.

A person with passion never needs to ask, “Should I or shouldn’t I?”  because they already know the answer is, “I must.”  They are compelled to act not by an employment agreement or some arbitrarily determined set of job responsibilities, but by the belief that what they are doing matters.

Consider great works of art or a song that truly speaks to you or an invention such as the light bulb.  These things were not created by people who merely showed up.  They were created by people who could not be deterred — passionate
people who believed in their feelings, talents and ideas and committed themselves to giving the world something great.

I am putting network marketing on par with the Mona Lisa and the light bulb.  I think that of all the things you could be passionate about, the way you live your life is #1 on the list. Once you begin to see the rewards of this profession, and shed the limitations you place on yourself with a traditional job, the more passionate about your work and your life  you  become.

First and foremost are the people. When you are part of a network you share a bond with people.  You help them, they help you—and everyone is interested in the same thing.  Think about how rare that is.In network marketing, rivalry is not an issue.  By helping others, you are helping yourself and everyone in your network.  By accepting help from others, you are helping yourself and everyone in your network and by performing the simple tasks that you have made part of your daily routine you are helping yourself and everyone in your network.

Next, there is the product. You really do need to believe in and be passionate about the product or service your business offers.  It means the difference between being a typical salesman and advocate.  Any salesman move merchandise.  Advocates win hearts and minds.

Finally, there is the business model itself, no matter what product you distribute.  Once you know about network marketing and once you see it work, you become an instant advocate.  You want to tell others about it, explain how it works and what it could mean for them.  You want to shed light on this alternate way of making a living and you want to
combat the myths and misconceptions about this business.  And guess what?  All these things you want to do, all the things your passion compels you to do, is part of the “work”.

But the most compelling thing I can say about passion is that when you are passionate, you attract other people.  When you are passionate, people can read it on your face and see it in the way you conduct yourself.  Passion is magnetic.
When people sense the passion in you, they will want to know more.  It’s like seeing someone laugh and asking them to share the joke.

Can passion be taught?  I’m sure people could argue it either way.   Certainly some people will never be passionate about anything.  And others have no trouble at all exhibiting passion all the time.  My belief is that while passion can’t be forced, it can be cultivated.  What I mean to say is that if you accept that passion has value and if you remain open to letting passion in – it can find you.  It can become a defining part of not just your life but also your professional mindset.  As I have explained, when you are driven by passion rather than obligation you have unlocked another key
to success in network marketing.

The Un-sexy Secrets of Internet Con-Artists/ Guru & Self-made Internet Millionaires

The Un-sexy Secrets of Internet Con-Artists/Guru & Self-proclaimed Self-made Internet Millionaires

Why I am writing this blog because I am so fed up of getting mails or getting updates from so called internet multimillionaires.I want to put an end to this hype for once and all.

After reading it so many people will hate me, some of you will love me, some of you will unsubscribe from my list or vice-versa but I don’t care at all. I want to bring your attention to some of the facts I am observing for last one year. I want to put truth in front of you.

Everyday they come up with some hype, e.g.

Internet Millionaire reveals his secrets (for $25) and opens up partnership positions

WHY?

Is he stupid or of abundant mentality or con-artist or is he short of cash? That’s a good way to con people.

Another hype headline (changed for obvious reasons)

This must be illegal(Yes it is)Two con-men leaving in a dilapidated (some weird place) to earning ( some grossly exaggerated figure) within a blink of an eye/ push of a button.

Let me tell you my story. When I was new to this industry, I had respect for many leaders but some of them (although they are earning $40-50k/month) are real shame to the MLM industry meanwhile let me admit also “I am nowhere close to them as far as income is concerned, but still I am commenting on them.”

There is one Guru, you can see his “AD” flashing all the time in “betternetworker.com“. It goes like this

We quit MLM. Now we (con) people into buying “push button” recruiting solutions and still make $40k/month.Now we are top income earners using this con-mechanism.We will show you   How?

There is also a Guru, who are into “Network Marketing”  but make 10 times more money in promoting affiliate launches.

They probably make $2k/month is MLM. They are called “Affiliate Gurus“. They are always after “New Launch“. They also sell consider themselves as a leader and article marketing guru.

Once I observed this guru promoting “penny auction sites“. On his website he mentions US Govt has banned such schemes but still he puts his affiliate link in his article, I can’t count how many MLM this guy is promoting. He is also speaking at ” Live the Dream” event, so you can get fair idea, about whom I am talking about.

What these gurus do? A very important question.

They blackmail a frustrated prospect pointing out his pain, they tell him how they went through the same pain and then promote the prospect into buying some “get rich quick” or “push button recruiting” systems where they promise, you don’t have to talk to anyone, you don’t have to pick up the phone, you don’t have to lift a finger, we will do the selling for you.

If you are doing everything why do you need our money for? You go and sell your systems to innocent men and try to make a quick buck.

Here is the undeniable and indisputable secret of becoming an ” Instant Guru

  1. Find out frustrated, failed and con minded network marketers.
  2. Team up and Mastermind with them
  3. Hire a Photoshop Artist & create fake results(i.e. fake cheques)
  4. Each of Con-mastermind group member will promote each other
  5. Create a high ticket event of con-artists and create some buzz
  6. Reveal your secrets (not actual) and sell them a system which is eventually going to make you rich to produce the desired results
  7. Sell them system unless it’s banned everywhere i.e facebook, google, youtube
  8. Then come up with “New Product Launch” and repeat step 6 & 7.

Let me tell you one fact, I have seen many people who actually failed in MLM but becoming millionaires by selling a bunch of affiliate products to their list. These people are not going to create residual source of income ever. They will come and go. They come to the event and will only brag and display their cheques they earned through promoting some affiliate offer not through real MLM. Get away from these “Con- men“. You will never know when they will hop from one deal to the next deal.

I vented out my frustration on these Gurus. I will stop here. I think these affiliate gurus are such a shame to our industry. Not because they promote affiliate offers (which of course I also do) but because they consider themselves as part of “successful network marketing community

That’s all for today. I am really sorry for delaying the things I promised but I was really busy in the work lately but I promise I will deliver it in the next 1 or 2 days for sure.

Living in the Highlight Mode

Living in the Highlight Mode

This is the last day of contest , so if you don’t know the contest, go here

One essential component of success in network marketing industry is living in “Highlight Mode

What’s the meaning of this?

When we were shown the plan/business and shown the vision of becoming a millionaire in next 4-5 years, what we generally do, we see at our past and try to relate it to the present. We don’t have much money right now and when we try to imagine the millions  and we can’t do it so we think it’s not possible.

“Your past doesn’t equal your future”

If you devote much of your time focusing on the things you don’t have/don’t want you will start getting things you don’t want.

Let’s illustrate this with an example.I live in India, so I will take suitable example from India.

Cricket World Cup is going on. India has paved its way to the finals against Australia & it’s working day. You haven’t got day-off from the office, so you have gone to work. Your boss deliberately holds the meeting the whole day so that you will miss the whole match. When the meeting is over, you try to check the internet but hard luck. It’s not working. Frustrated, you leave for home in your car imagining that you’ll at least get to watch last two hours of the match but your car breaks down in between, so you go to the nearest garage to repair it. You lose last two precious hours. As you are coming back home, you see people dancing, crackers bursting and joy all over the place. You had a feeling that India has won the World Cup.

So when you reach home, you switch on the television, you start to see the highlights. You see Australia batting first, making 500 runs in 50 overs, will you get tensed?

When Indian team comes to bat, you see 5 wickets falling at 100 runs, will you get tensed?

Because you know the “end result” so no matter what happens in between you know what’s going to happen eventually?”

Same thing here.

When you live life in Highlight Mode, you live life like you already have millions in your bank account.

Imagine, somebody has given you the postdated check of $1 million.

This is the power of being in Highlight mode.

A single magical question you can ask yourself which can heat up your recruiting efforts

A single magical question you can ask yourself which can heat up your recruiting efforts

Most of us have learned how to be employed by others. We do what we’re told to do.We learn a skill and repeat it.We create a favorable result for our employer.

So what’s different here in network marketing?

What are the consequences of showing up late or not showing up at all? What are the consequences of lack of focus? what are the consequences of not following daily disciplines?

There is one thing which can either be used as an advantage or disadvantage for taking forward your business.

There is NO BOSS.

This is a good thing that you don’t have a boss,so you can work on your own terms but it can also be a disadvantage if you are not disciplined enough, you will not put focus.

I am sure your upline is going to push you but he/she can’t act like your boss and if he/she is acting like a one, better go to higher level.

Most people take this concept as a “foreign” concept. They think working for oneself means doing whatever they feel like doing.

Most of the people sit in their comfort zone hoping things to happen. They forget that comfort comes after work not before it.

Treat your business like a JOB until it’s paying you enough to think of it as a business.

When people say ” I am my own boss” then they are telling that “I don’t have to work as I don’t have anyone to report to.”

So what’s that magical question?

“Would I hire me?

It is based on the kind of activity, recruiting and duplication you are doing.

Can you hire yourself?

If that answer is “No“. Please check out on your daily discipline. Something is missing.

Treat Network Marketing as a hobby and you will make a hobby income. Treat it like a business and then you will make huge residual income.

Learn to employ yourself.

In the next article I am going to talk about ” A second question you can ask yourself which can double your sponsoring success?

I’m very excited for the response I got from the contest. I am going to give away recording and the exact closing techniques we used to sponsor 57 people into our business with minimum buy-in of $3000 to maximum buy-in of $13100 on the spot, at the start of the next week i.e.Monday. If you don’t know the contest , go here.

Closing Techniques you can’t afford to miss

Closing Techniques you can’t afford to miss

Closing” is the most essential part of our industry as it’s the step where actual money comes from.

People tend to procrastinate closing because either they are too lazy to follow up or they are afraid of rejection.

We’re in the process of developing some kick-ass strategies which will help our team to grow faster and get higher closing ratio(up to 70% closing on the spot for higher priced products). I will be revealing some of these strategies in this week.

Usually what happens when you show presentation to your prospect or your prospect sees web presentation?

There are very few people who sign up on the spot. Yes, it has happened in some cases but not in many cases. It happens in 1 of the 50 cases on an average. You can check it for your organization.

But most of the time what happens?

After seeing presentation if prospect is telling you something like this “I need to do some research” or “I need more information” or “I have to ask my spouse” or  “ I have to think about it” or etc. Remember, what your prospect is doing?

The prospect is bluffing ( 99%) or he is trying to get rid of you because he can’t decide on the spot or he smelled the salesman inside you.

Many times what happens, if your prospect is weak minded, indecisive (Beta prospects)you can get some of this objections.

And sometimes you wonder that you will come across someone who is overly rude, pathetic listener, obnoxious, analytical or judgmental. You will come across these kinds of people when the prospect is “Alpha”. If Alpha prospects feel you are not confident enough or you don’t have enough posture or you don’t know enough information. They can detect if you are pretending or not.

These prospects will tell you the truth on your face of they feel weakness in your communication.

Tips you can’t overlook while closing

  1. After you finish the presentation, then let your prospect speak first. Remember, whoever speaks first looses the battle.
  2. Don’t try to sell/sign up on the spot in a hurry.
  3. Don’t try to hard sell.
  4. Don’t insult him if prospect asks stupid questions. Remember, you are helping him to take a decision which can probably change the course of his life.
  5. Don’t go into convincing mode. Maintain posture while communication.
  6. Don’t over-promise him. ( I heard someone talking to the prospect something like “ Hey xxxx, it’s very easy business. You just have to bring your 2 closest people. They have to bring their closest. So on and so forth.” If you sound like fishy, the prospect will sense it and even if he doesn’t get it,you are deceiving him. If his closed ones don’t sign up, he will quit the business in frustration.)
  7. Don’t over-promise and under deliver.
  8. Be in the sense of urgency without being pushy. (Say like” Hey xxxx, we are right now growing very fast. I want your decision which can be either “yes” or “no” as soon as possible because I don’t want you to lose the position if you delay to take decision” It will go into his subconscious mind and he will remember it while you call him for follow up.)
  9. If a person doesn’t show or answer for follow up, give him a reminder. Don’t directly ask him about what happened when  a prospect picks up the phone. Break some ice.Greet him. Get into conversational mode and then ask about it.
  10. If you sense a prospect is not answering your call or avoiding you, don’t call 100 times.
  11. Understand this business is not for everyone. Remember SW5 principle.
  12. If the prospect is being arrogant or indecisive while follow up, try to push him either towards yes or disqualify him. Be postured. If the prospect is delaying to see your website presentation or delaying to do his due diligence, please remind him about that. If you sense that the person is deliberately delaying, then say something like “Hey xxxx, right now many people are signing up along with our group that we talked last week/month. XXXX are people are ready with their money but I haven’t signed up those people just because they saw it after you. You tell me what I should do?” and again focus on them. This script works almost with 95% success.

If you want to get better at talking and objection handling and closing, check this out.

Now this is something crazy.

In one of the upcoming articles, I am revealing one deadly strategy to sort and qualify fast and attract right kind of people who sign up on the spot. We used this technique to sign-up 57 people on the spot without showing them the plan in last three months. All of these people came with minimum buy-in of min $3000 to maximum $13100.

If you want to know these deadly closing techniques please stay tuned.

I am going to give it to the people who are sharing/liking and re-tweeting this  and upcoming posts and opting into my list.

Look forward to working with you. See you at the top.
