How to Reprogram Your Mind for success in Network Marketing

How to Reprogram Your Mind for success in Network Marketing

Changing your thinking is much more important than changing your actions, even though actions do have to eventually change.

When you come into this profession of Network Marketing, your mindset should be such that you are helping an individual so that his life will be impacted in a positive way. Unless it does get into your head, you will think of this business as a hobby or pushing or selling products to the people.

The First stumbling block people face is that they come into network marketing to cut short long journey which otherwise they would have taken to taken to reach that financial level of their journey which will now be completed in the next 4-5 years ,still people try to find shortcut to shortcut.

Let me tell you one secret “There is no shortcut to shortcut.

Second thing is that success is achieved through tiny increments, compounded over time. That’s true in your life and that’s certainly true in this industry.

The third is the necessity of faith to be able to trust that those tiny increments will eventually turn into big results. In order to continue to do the things necessary for getting to the results you’re looking for, you have to have faith that they will show up eventually.  You also have to understand that success isn’t going to be an overnight thing. You are going to have to continue to do the little things over a long period of time to get the big results. That’s called ” Compound Effect

There are five pillars of success in Network Marketing which will help you to reprogram your mind.

  • Philosophy
  • Attitude
  • Activity
  • Results
  • Lifestyle

Remember, correct activity comes from a good attitude and good attitude comes from a strong belief.

The first element is your philosophy, how you think.  Your personal philosophy is shaped by everything that’s ever happened to you in your life.  All your experiences, relationships, environment. Your philosophy decides what’s important for you.

The second element is your attitude, how you feel.  Your attitude is hugely affected by your philosophy. If you think it’s important, it’s easy to have a good attitude about it.  If you don’t think it’s important, you’ll eventually have a bad attitude about it.  It’s as simple as that.

The third element is activity, what you do. We most often do what we feel like doing.  If you have a good attitude about something, then you’ll tend to continue doing it.  If not, you’ll eventually stop.

The fourth element is results, what you get.  We get results no matter what.  Results are just a byproduct of activity, good or bad.  Good results come from correct activity.  Correct activity comes from a good attitude and a good attitude comes
from a strong philosophy.

And the fifth element is lifestyle, how you live.  This is a combination of our capacity for living the good life and how we choose to use that capacity.

So, what you think determines how you feel.  How you feel determines what you do.  What you do determines what you get and what you get determines how you live.

When most people decide to change something in their lives, they work on changing the activity.  The flaw in that approach is they won’t be able to continue that activity unless they have a good attitude about it and they won’t have a good attitude about it unless they change their philosophy about it.  This is the reason New Year’s resolutions don’t
work and it’s also why some people are so cynical about their chances to improve their lives.  They tried to change the activities and couldn’t stay with it.

So, based upon all of that, what’s the most important area to focus on?

It’s your philosophy, how you think and based upon how you think, what’s important to you.

Tomorrow, I am going to talk more about how to reprogram your mind for success.

Six Dirty lies about Network Marketing Exposed!!!!! Part 2

Six Dirty lies about Network Marketing Exposed!!! Part 2

So today, I am going to talk about the remaining three myths people have about Network Marketing. If you haven’t read that article please go here to read it before coming back to this article

But before getting into all these, I really appreciate the people responded to my last article, I am continuing to hold the contest. If you don’t know the contest, you can get more information here .A couple of days back, I got mail from a lady in England to ask me about my business, she really liked my blog, BTW,she is signing up next week.

I am holding this contest for next week.

Now let’s get back to the topic.

Myth 4. Network Marketing will make you a pariah.

Everyone has a story that relates to this. In a nutshell, says, “network marketing requires you to pressure your friends and family in order to be successful.”  Like so many myths, this one is based on actual events. What makes this a myth, though, are the words “require” and “pressure.”

Require?  No. Direct sales business could survive on the handful of people you are friends with or are related to.

Pressure” is the other problematic word.  Pressure, in a sales scenario, should always raise suspicion.  I will go so far as to say if you are ever feeling pressured to buy anything then you should walk away immediately.  Customers are entitled to the higher ground, and there’s nothing you need so badly that you should surrender it.

So the next time, a friend or family member tries to give you the hard sell, first, say “no” and stick to your guns.  Then, compassionately explain to them that they are doing it wrong.  Plain and simple.  They are wasting a golden opportunity to practice their craft in the consequence-free environment of your relationship and they are blowing it.   Anything else is irrelevant at best and off-putting at worst.

Myth 5. Network Marketing is a job for natural-born salesmen.

This is a different type of sales that must be approached from a non-conventional point of view.  And I will give you fair warning:  even the best salesman in the traditional model has no advantage when it comes network marketing.  The old
rules do not apply.

People who are correctly introduced to network marketing see that the only fundamental mindset that offers any advantage whatsoever is a predisposition to get along with people.  Everything else can be taught.

Myth 6.  Only the top people make money.

This false belief may be a holdover from the old notion of the pyramid scheme.  Pyramid scheme.

I am asking everyone who are reading this article, please, please put an end to this one by learning and sharing the truth about what network marketing is.  And what it is not.

As I’ve made clear, network marketing is not a scam. I have still my stupid bunch of ignorant friends considering every network marketing company as a pyramid organization.

Pyramid schemes are scams that may be disguised as network marketing, but there are some obvious warning signs that can allow you to easily spot the difference.  The first and most important?  Look at the payment structure.

If it involves getting paid any type of commission solely for the act of signing up new distributors, it is a pyramid scheme.

Network Marketers benefit from growing their networks, true.  But Network Marketers don’t rely simply on the size of their networks.  They make money based on the strength of their network.  And, just like in any other industry, Network Marketers can learn and employ skills that strengthen their business.
A pyramid scheme is simply a numbers game, a false economy built on a phony business model.

No product is needed.  Distributorships are sold,  those new distributors sell more distributorships and so on until there are no more potential distributors out there.

In network marketing, everyone has the same opportunity to be successful.  I have people that I have recruited who earned more than I did.  How?  By working harder than I did!

Some so called intelligent people advised me not to go for network marketing company which is not based in your country because all the money is going out of the country.

Don’t pay heed to their suggestions. They are ignorant. If money is going out of your country , then every time we use any imported brand , our money goes outside our country. Does that weaken economy in a major way.

“Absolutely No”

I am not an expert but you can ask any qualified person the same. It’s total B.S.

The formula for compensation will vary from one business to another, but because Network Marketers can develop skills to grow and strengthen their networks, and because their networks become the source of their compensation, the playing field is level for all.  Network marketing is a business, and success or failure in any business depends on how good you are.  And how badly you want success.

So that’s all for Today.

Six Dirty lies about Network Marketing Exposed!!!!!

Six Dirty lies about Network Marketing Exposed!!!!!

Today, we are going to talk about some common myths ignorant people have about our industry.

The people outside of our industry have bad perception about our industry. They think of us as a pushy, shady peddlers with a bag full of B.S. material which no-one wants.

The blame should not be put on network marketing industry but on the bad players in this industry.

I am holding one contest here. If you comment and share or re-tweet my blog-post, I will give you private access to bonus training by one of the top earners from our company where he shares his closely guarded secrets which helped him to close down his own Open ended Hedge fund Company which was responsible for 50-60 million $ turnover and also the techniques of Spot Closures which produces 70% closing on the spot at a higher ticket product.

Myth 1. Network Marketers are pushy/peddlers.

Of all the misconceptions I encounter surrounding the business of network marketing, this is probably the most common—the idea that Network Marketers are peddlers, pushing product no one wants.  To put it as simply as possible,
Network Marketers are not the door-to-door salesmen of yesterday.

Network marketing isn’t all about selling products. In fact, Network Marketers who put 100% of their effort selling products are just scratching at the surface.Take a minute to process that.  This is huge.

Network marketing is about building networks.  Now, the product is important, of course.  And selling is necessary.  But the image you may have of product-pushers with garages and trunks filled with stuff they “need to move”?  That’s not us.  The product is important only in as much as belief in it, love for it, becomes the basis for the network.  This belief has to be real and founded, of course.  Think about the devotion people show in preferring Pepsi over Coke, or Coke over Pepsi.  Belief  must be there.
When it is, you are not peddling product, you are finding people who believe in the same thing that you do.  People you find who agree form your network.  People who do not?  Well, we wish them success in finding something they like.

Myth 2.Network Marketers sell bad products.

An other common myth is that products sold through networks are overpriced and inferior.  People agree, though, that these products do sell and many have been around for a very long time.  So, if you are telling me that the products are no good, and you are also telling me that these products also make money, we have a problem. Either you are suggesting that the basic principles of consumerism are wrong, or you believe that network marketing is somehow a scam.  For so many to proft for so long distributing products that people don’t want would require an enormous,Ponzi-scheme-like conspiracy. Let me put this notion to bed as quickly and clearly as I can.  Network marketing is not a scam.  It is a business model that distributes goods outside the brick and mortar retail establishment.  And the products are not rip-offs.

I know a lot of people who have found success in network marketing. The vast majority of products sold in this manner are not overpriced.  They aren’t inferior, either.  Many are niche, of course.  Many are only appropriate for a specifc demographic, such as product lines meant only for women, or designed solely for the health-conscious.  But I can say with complete confdence that the products I have seen or used offer strong value and innovative products that cannot be found at your local retailer.

Myth 3. Direct sales companies can’t retail their products.

It can be summed up in a question I hear a lot, “If the products are so good, why aren’t they sold in stores?”  When people imply that products marketed using direct sales are somehow “not ready for prime time” they are guilty of an old way of thinking.  It’s not that these products can’t fight it out on the shelves alongside store brands. It’s that they don’t have to.  It’s that their makers don’t want to spend millions on marketing, advertising, and elaborate supply chain infrastructure.  It is that they have a story that is too complex to tell in a catchy tagline, one that requires real background and real answers.  And, more often than not, it is that their product is so specialized that it is better suited
to the precision of network marketing vs. the buckshot approach that is brick-and-mortar retail.

So these are top three dirty lies I just covered, in the next article I am going to cover remaining three dirty secrets about this industry.

There are no free lunches

There are no free lunches

It seems our society has been infected with the notion that immediate gratification and instant results are to be expected.  The same is true
for Network Marketing.  So many people join our great profession and then expect to get rich right away with very little effort.

What they don’t know is that “there are no free lunches.”

Sorry folks, it doesn’t work that way.  It never has.

There was one instant I heard someone talking to the person just signed up.

The conversation goes like this.

“So how much time you are willing to put every week for this business?”

“On weekdays, I am very very busy,so don’t expect anything on weekdays from me. I am only available on Sunday and only for 2 hours.”

” So how much money you expect to make in the next 6 months?”

“Around 5000$”

“How much money you make in your job in six months?”

“Around 10000$”

“How many hours you work in the job per week?”

“70 hrs a week”

“And here you are putting 2 hrs per week and expecting 5000$ in next 6 months. Are you kidding?”

You don’t need to watch as much television as you do. You don’t need to update your status on Facebook as much as you do.  You don’t need to waste as much time as you do.

Some people will not have time to devote to it as they might say but I have one question for you.Although I know what it’s like to build a business in the face of obstacles.  It’s true that successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do.

“Everybody has exactly the same amount of time.  You and I both have 24 hours a day.  168 hours a week.  No more.  No less.  The question is, what do you do with your time?

Most people spend about 51 hours a week sleeping and about 50 hours a week at work counting commuting time.  So far that’s 101 hours.

On average, people spend about 15 hours a week eating, figuring 2 hours a day for breakfast, dinner and a few minutes here and there for snacks.  That’s 116 hours.

Now throw in 24 hours a week for relaxing, reading, watching lunch & television, playing with the kids, making love with your spouse and getting some exercise.  That makes 140 hours.
And on top of that, throw in 4 hours a week for going to church or watching a football game.  That makes 144 hours.

But remember, there are 168 hours in a week.  So even after we’ve eaten, slept, worked, played, made love and even watched a lot of television, we’ve still got 24 hours left over.

You could watch another 6 hours of television a week and still have 18 hours unaccounted for.”

One of the biggest problems in our profession is developing the mind-set of employing yourself.  We have no problem living within the boundaries of what an employer expects of us.  We’ll dress right, show up on time, do the work, and we’ll do those things over and over
and over every day.  We’re actually proud of how few days we take off.

I will promise you this… if you put in the time… if you develop your belief… if you develop your skills… if you stay consistent…
the Network Marketing Profession will reward you with the lifestyle you deserve.

If you still have doubts, pray to Almighty that he should give you some other options to make a quick buck.

In the next article , I am going to talk about how to employ yourself in this business.

Take responsibility and Stop Blame game

Take responsibility and Stop Blame game

“You must take personal responsibility. You can’t change the circumstances, the seasons,or the wind, but you can change yourself.”

Success in each and every business is determined by the amount of responsibility you are willing to take whether it’s for your massive success or brutal failure. You can’t go ahead or improve the circumstances if you don’t take the responsibility.

Even if you started in Network Marketing, you became wildly successful in no time but you don’t possess the quality of taking responsibility then all your success can be wiped out in a moment. Any big challenge comes, all your team will vanish, you will have to start from scratch.I have seen it in my company over the period of time, people who have built thousands and thousands of teams got wiped out in a week or month.

If that happens to you, you have two options either sit and cry or get off your bottom and do whatever necessary to build it again.

There is a great saying in movie “Spiderman”  which goes like this “Great power comes with great responsibility.”

For many people taking responsibility is a foreign concept. When things aren’t going the way they would like them to go, they threw in the towel. You know where the term through in the towel came from go here.

Once you will start taking responsibility, you will know how to respond to the situations. You can have a look at the areas of your life where you are having trouble, they are usually the areas you blame the most.

“Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.”Anthony Robbins
