Five Ideas To Maximize Your Sponsoring

Five Ideas To Maximize Your Sponsoring

Today I thought I’d share 5 simple things you can do to increase your sponsoring success.

Here are five ways to boost your success in our industry:

1) Strive to become a master communicator. Communication is critical in our business, and the better you get at it the more success you’ll enjoy in this industry. Need help? Consider joining ToastMasters or taking a Dale Carnegie course. At the very least, read the book: “How To Win Friends & Influence People

2) Update your goals, and put them in writing. There is no getting around the simple fact that those of us who put our goals in writing, experience greater success. Update your goals daily and every single day.

3) Chart Your Progress. Do it by hand or use a computer, but find a way to chart your progress. Seeing where you’re at, the progress you’ve made and where you’re headed can make a huge difference.

4) Use a whiteboard. You can get them anywhere. It will help you to keep track of your business activities. It’ll make you more productive and help you kick things up a couple notches.

5) Strengthen your follow-up system. How good is your follow-up system? Too complicated? Simplify it.

Not using one? Get one.

More networkers blow it on follow-up then I care to think about. Don’t be one of them. It doesn’t have to be complicated, simpler is often better. The main thing is that you use it.

How to supercharge your motivation ?

How to supercharge your motivation ?

By: Christopher Green

Motivation is the driving force behind life-enhancing change.

It comes from knowing exactly what you want to do and having an insatiable, burning desire to do what’s necessary to get it. It keeps your dream on track as it is the power of motivation that keeps you going when the going gets tough.

Here’s 5 top tips to help you supercharge your motivation:

1. Create a vision board and fill it with images of your desired goals. The car you want to own, the house you want to live in, the area where you want to live yes, they’re the obvious ones. Others could be pictures of holiday destinations, trophies, first-class travel tickets, clothes you want to buy, fine restaurants you want to frequent – whatever you can think of that gets your pulse racing.

2. Get angry. If you want to change your life for the better then get angry about where you’re at now. Having an indifferent  attitude towards change isn’t what’s needed and it won’t create a strong desire within you.

So ask: “Why do I want to change?

Is it because you’re FED UP with debts?

Does your job DRIVE YOU CRAZY?

Is your life DULL AND PREDICTABLE?

Are you SICK AND TIRED of doing the same thing week in week out?

Are you BORED BEYOND BELIEF by the dull, uninspiring, unhappy people you associate with?

THEN GET ANGRY ABOUT IT. And I mean REAL ANGRY. Write it all down, all of the frustrating, unrewarding, miserable lot of it that makes every day a dull slog until your final days.

IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT?

3. Speaking of your final days, start to appreciate the value of time. Time is one of the most precious resources you have and it is also a NON RENEWABLE resource. You can either use it fully or squander it. If you want to create change you’re going to have to invest a lot of time to make it happen. Start to reduce the time you waste on irrelevancies: Television, newspapers, lie-ins, weekends spent shopping, partying, dining out, visiting an endless line of relatives and friends – these won’t help you get what you want and all of them will rob time from you. Valuable time that you can use much more effectively by investing it in YOU. Remember this: You have a finite amount of time here on Earth. You don’t know how much time you have – no one does. But it’s how you use the time you have that counts. So make your time count and that means starting from right NOW.

4. Conformity. Are you a mindless little sheep who’s way too timid to pursue your own way? Do you have to follow where everyone else goes, doing exactly what everyone else does and therefore, who gets the same levels of happiness as all the other little sheep?

Seriously, does this describe YOU?

Are you too frightened to be different than all of the other sheep because they wouldn’t like it if you decided to follow a different path?

So you dutifully trot along following all the other sheep because if they’re doing it then that’s how it is right?

But if you do what everyone else does you’ll just get what everyone else gets. Do you want to be a mindless, timid little sheep who blindly follows all the other sheep? Or do you want to be a leader, a warrior who possesses the courage to be uniquely you and to do what you want to do and make your dreams happen?

If so then this means you have to be more like a tiger than a sheep.

Do you really want to be a sheep? I mean, haven’t we got enough sheep already?

5. Fear your fear. Fear is the force that is determined to stop you dead in your tracks and rob your dreams from you. But it can only do this if you let it. Are you going to let this cruel destructive charlatan trample on your dreams, steal your happiness and crush your spirit? Imagine this thought haunting your final days: “I didn’t do the things I wanted because I was too frightened to live”. And by then, it’ll be far too late to conquer fear. Refuse to let fear spoil your life and start taking action – now!

What is FEAR to you? “Forget Everything And Run” or “False Expectations Appearing Real“?

It’s a choice. Choose wisely.

The power of reason why

 The power of reason why

What do you look for when interviewing prospects for your business ?

Are you looking for people who say they are “interested” or maybe for people willing to listen to what you have to say?

If you are, stop. Instead, look for people with a strong “reason why“.

Let me explain.

People who are “interested” are a dime a dozen.Check out this free video to learn why you should never talk to interested people.

You can stand out in front of any shopping center and ask people walking by if they’d be interested in making an extra $1000 a month and find “prospects” all day long, but they’re not who you’re looking for.”

Who you are looking for are people with a defined reason why.

People who are committed to changing their lifestyle and willing to do what it takes to accomplish that.

Example: Bob earns a $1000k/year in his corporate job. But that income comes at a high price. Long hours, overtime etc. cause Bob to work 60 hours a week or more. He has precious little time to spend with his family and is under constant stress. Bob wants a change and is investigating business opportunities. His commitment to change his lifestyle makes Bob an excellent prospect.

When interviewing prospects, you want to get to their “reason why“. If they don’t have one, disqualify them and move on. If they do, ask questions to find out how committed they are to reaching their goals.

People with solid reasons for doing a business are far less likely to quit and far more likely to expend the energy and persistence needed to achieve success.

If your prospect is hesitating and not “pulling the trigger” after reviewing solid information on your business opportunity, simply revisit with them their “reason why.” Why they were looking for an opportunity in the first place. How to pull the trigger–learn more here

Prospects have a very difficult time saying no when confronted with their own reason for doing something in the first place.

It puts the focus back on “them” where it should be. Ultimately, it is about them, and not about you or me. Our life will go on and be just fine whether they join or not, but they will be missing out on an opportunity that could have a profound impact on their lifestyle.

If their “reason why” is strong enough, they can’t afford to miss out.

Why single minded focus is required while building your business ?

Why single minded focus is required while building your business ?

Rhinos are huge animals. When they charge, they’re fast.

They lower their head and charge with a single-minded focus that is virtually unmatched in the animal kingdom.

So must our focus be when it comes to our network marketing business.

Maintaining a single-minded focus (when working your business) can enable you to attract and sponsor many serious prospects. Don’t hop from one deal to another. Don’t go somewhere where the grass is greener.

Trust me, it’s one of the most important things you can do to increase your sponsoring success.

If you struggle with this, here’s an easy fix: schedule yourself.

Schedule your prospecting time, your follow-ups, all your business activity and stick to your schedule. If you have prospecting time scheduled, prospect. Don’t check email and facebook or do other things at the same time. Here your morning ritual will help you.

Don’t fall into the trap of having your attention diverted by distractions. There are lots of Guru Launches happening to distract you from focusing on real business building activities.

Instead, be disciplined. Those other tasks can wait until their scheduled time. If you try and do too many things at once, you’ll do all of them poorly and you’ll lose your momentum and become inefficient.

Don’t “major in the minors.

You can blow through countless valuable hours by chitchatting, gossiping, facebooking and sharpening your pencils.

OR…

You can make those hours pay off and spend them in front of prospects (either on the phone or in person) or generating new business.

Yes, it pays to be organized and I’m not saying that charting progress isn’t a good thing but allocate your time and stick to your schedule.

Devote the majority of your time to prospecting and generating new business. Talking to new people, plugging them into information on your opportunity and products, and following-up.

Use a planner and schedule the time that you devote to your business and stick to it. Make it a point to schedule clerical stuff outside of normal prospecting hours.

Too many networkers waste truckloads of valuable prospecting time on organizational activities. They’re busy.. they feel like they’re working.

And they are.

Trouble is, they’re busy working on the wrong things and wondering why they aren’t making money.

Sit down and map out how you’re spending your week when it comes to your business.

How much time are you allocating to generating new business? What might you do to free up more time for that activity?

Do it.

Force yourself to FOCUS and approach your business building with the single minded charge of a RHINO.

Some days,  it all goes wrong.

That’s ok. Everybody has their bad days.

Just don’t get derailed. Get back on track as soon as possible, and make each day a focused charge to success.

You can do it.

How to overcome obstacles and find out success you deserve ?

How to overcome obstacles and find out success you deserve ?

If you’re like a normal person, you’ve run into your fair share of obstacles as you make your way along the path to success.

While we can’t always control what happens to us, we can control our response to it.

E + R = O

E = Event

R = Response

O = Outcome

This principle I learned from Jack Canfield’s best selling book “Success Principles

I’m not talking about “thinking positively.” That’s not the answer. I’m talking about perception and what we choose to focus on.

Highly successful people perceive the world in a different way than other people.

Our perception of our world isn’t genetic. It’s learned and it can be modified if we want to. How we view the world and respond to it lies within our ability to control.

I learned this a while back and continue to surprised by the power of this simple approach.

The next time you’re faced with an obstacle, instead of feeling blocked or discouraged try this: step back from it and look at it from all angles. Ask yourself questions like: what can I do to overcome this problem? What’s actually good about this situation that isn’t readily apparent? What can I do differently so as not to be blocked like this again?

The questions we ask ourselves when faced with a challenges or obstacles can have a major effect on creating the outcome we desire.

If you’d like to learn more about the power of changing your perception, here’s a great book by my virtual mentor Ray Higdon. It’s called: Vibrational Money Immersion: Think and Grow Rich for Network Marketers

It’s a book based on Think and Grow Rich but Ray shares his personal experiences and strategies. He mentioned a thing called “Assets for Benefits

You should be able to find it at your local bookstore or you can read more about it on Amazon by clicking here
