How to deal with ignorant people ?

How to deal with ignorant people ?

Are you a fighter?

When a prospect says something negative about your company or questions it’s legitimacy, are you all too ready to spring into action, trying to fire your verbal guns literally.

It’s natural to want to defend things we believe in.There is no wonder that things can get explosive at times.

But… that being said: prospecting is about strategic warfare.

When prospecting, you have nothing to prove. If a close-minded person makes an ignorant comment about your company or compensation plan or product, let them go and move on to your next prospect. How to deal with such people, click here

It’s not your job to convince them or prove them wrong.

You can lose countless hours early on in your network marketing career fighting with (“educating”) ignorant people.

Every single battle you fight cost you precious prospecting time and your precious energy, and therefore is a losing battle no matter what the actual outcome.

When you come up against ignorant, close-minded prospects … let them go and move on. We’re not in the convincing business and you don’t want to waste one minute of your valuable time on them.

Instead, leave them in their ignorance and move on to your next prospect. Reserve your time for those who deserve it.

Reserve your time for those who deserve it. You’ll sponsor far more and you’ll be a happier person in the process. Learn here how to sponsor more

The power of Belief

The power of Belief

As I was “getting started” in network marketing, I can remember the many conversations I had with people who lacked belief.

I remember how skeptical they were and I remember thinking that if only I could give them “the right” information, surely they’d see what a great opportunity they had in front of them and come on board.

I’m embarrassed to admit it, but I lost a lot of money & time on them and I sponsored ZERO.

At the time, I was thinking: “how could this happen?” They said they were “interested“. After they stopped picking up my calls.

It was not lack of belief in my opportunity, but rather belief in themselves.

Things turned around when I began focusing on prospects who already had belief. Belief in who they were, belief in their capabilities. Belief that they could succeed in a business of their own. Belief in entrepreneurship.

If you seek out people who already have belief, the sponsoring process becomes much simpler and more fluid. If you want to know where to find such people check out this free video.

Such individuals will go through the material you give them, and they don’t need to be convinced… they will convince themselves.

Where do you find such prospects?

Here

They’re the ones who’ve already accomplished great things in their lives. They may be someone you know who owns their own successful business. Someone who “stuck with it” and completed their college education despite challenges. Or someone who pursued their dreams in life against the advice of well meaning family members who “couldn’t see outside of the box”.

Look for people who aren’t afraid to “Zig” when everyone else says to “Zag”. People with resolve. People who are bold or at the very least, tenacious and won’t let go of what they really want in life.

Trust me, they’re out there. You can get them here.

If you stop and think, I’m betting a few will come to mind. If not, then keep your eyes open. Once you learn to recognize them, you’ll start seeing people like this nearly every day as you live your life.

When you see one, strike up a conversation. Get to know them a little and when the time’s right, ask them if they’re open to learning more about a good money making idea.

Their answer may surprise you.

Little mistakes that cost Networkers thousand

Little mistakes that cost Networkers thousand

Have you ever heard something like this— ” I talk to at least 10 new prospects a day, and no one is signing up.I show plans one on one or I send them to company presentations. And it just seems that no one closes…Either people tell me they are not interested when I follow up, or I can just never get a hold of them again. Or they just keep putting me off. It also seems that I am having good conversations with people but they are just not signing up. Can’t figure out what the problem is. Help me.

So…. what’s going on here?

1) The first and foremost thing that comes to my mind is a question:  who are these “10 new prospects a day?”   Are they really prospects, or are they nothing more than “suspects”?

If you’re “attracting” 10 new people a day, if they are not actively looking for what you have then they are not prospects.
They may become prospects down the road, but they’re not today,so you better be attracting more than “10” or these.

If you’ve created a sales funnel by doing some effective online marketing, or are using Pay Per Click and are attracting real prospects …then 10 of those per day might be just the ticket.

2) Doing one on one presentations is Ok but when someone says “I send them emails with my company’s presentation on them. And it just seems that no one closes.”

Seldom will people watch a “company presentation” through your email, and sign right up.

Sorry but… just doesn’t work that way.

Network marketing is a relationship business.  You got to reach out and connect.  Pick up the phone and set yourself apart… you want to attract leaders… then be one, and let your prospects hear it in your voice.

You gotta set yourself apart.

Don’t just rely on company presentations, inject some of you in the equations.  People don’t join companies, they join leaders.
If you want to attract hitters?   Be the leader others want to follow.

Check this out.

Simple as that.

3) “Either people tell me their not interested when I follow up, or I can just never get a hold of them again. Or they never review the information and keep putting me off. “

Why’s this happening?  Simple.  Either they never we’re a real prospect in the first place (i.e. you didn’t qualify them) or you never established a relationship with your prospect.   In other words, they’re viewing you as someone trying to sell them on something, rather than the leader who’s going
to help them get to where they want to be (or connected up with the solution they’re seeking).

4) “It also seems that I am having good conversations with people but their just not signing up.”

Our job is to interview and qualify our prospects.   We establish rapport along the way, but rapport building does not mean we become their friend.

Ask good question… and qualify-qualify-qualify!
If you don’t like the answers you’re getting to your questions, you should be on and off that phone in 2 minutes or less, perhaps even 30 seconds or less. Most networkers talk way too much to the wrong people. Don’t be one of them.

If you want to sponsor more, take a hard look at your process. What you’re doing.  And what you’re NOT doing.

If you want to know more about sponsoring, take a look at this free video which explains how this fellow ignites recruiting avalanche.

What’s the importance of Morning Rituals while building your business ?

What’s the importance of Morning Rituals while building your business ?

Morning Rituals is one of the best things you can ever follow. I came across this while reading some books, browsing some websites online. I was really struggling to manage my time. When I used to start my day, I used to get very overwhelmed just at the thought of thinking how many things I want to accomplish that day. I didn’t use to plan my day and that was the major reason I was suffering in my productivity. I was working more harder to accomplish small things. Then I discovered something called Morning Rituals.

Why Morning Rituals are important ?

Morning Rituals set the tone of whole day.

It helps you to calm your mind.

It will help you to concentrate more on your work..

It will cause much less distraction.

It will instantly increase your productivity.

How to do Morning Rituals ?

When you wake up , drink a lot of water because your body is dehydrated for the whole night. Drinking a glass of water replenishes water inside your body.

Then exercise for 20-30 minutes. Exercise is very important in order to get your body moving and channelize your energy in the right direction. It also keeps you fit. Exercise includes Yoga, Walking, Running or Weight training.

Then consume breakfast. Make sure it’s healthy (consists of Raw food, fruits etc ) and you don’t eat junk food in the morning……

Then do meditation for 15-20 minutes. I do affirmations while I meditate and tap along. You can learn more about tapping in this following video.

Then read some book on Marketing or Self help or listen to any Audio book.

Then you can plan a day. I personally use this software called “Evernote

And when you start working out block all the distractions like facebook and work in the chunks of 60 minutes and then take a break for 10 minutes then gain work for 60 minutes and then take a break for 20 minutes. In the time gap, either you can relax by meditating or playing games or listening to subliminal audios (by Paul Scheele)

If you use some of these morning rituals I follow and if you are able to fit some of these strategies in your schedule, you will be much more productive.

The Power of Face to Face Meetings

The Power of Face to Face Meetings

In our increasingly technological world, people naturally gravitate towards things like email, Skype, online chatting, SMS messages, websites, conference calls or webinars in order to promote their product or opportunity.

It’s true in some ways those breakthroughs have increased our connection with the world. However, while technology has helped us connect to more people easier, it can turn into avoidance behavior. Instead of meeting with people, it is so easy to sit around with your laptop pretending to build a business.

Most of the important business in the world happens face to face.

Your job is to build trust with your prospect and then transfer your belief in your product or opportunity. You can make a connection through technology, but to build trust many times face to face interaction is required. And once you’ve built that trust, to transfer your belief in your product or
service, face to face does a much better job than technology.

When people say, “I want to build my business online” what I really hear them say is “I want to build a business without the trouble of actually meeting people.” They are either too cool or too afraid of the human interaction.

Some people in the Network Marketing Profession don’t believe in a 1-on-1. I think they’re dead wrong. Here are just some of the reasons I believe in it so strongly:
1.  It helps to build the relationship, which in turn builds trust
2.  It is much easier to transfer your belief in your product or service
3.  It keeps you active and in the game. If you know you have a 1-on-1 coming up, you’re in a different mindset.
4.  It actually makes you more excited about your opportunity. Just by doing the presentation with another person, you’ll build a much deeper belief in product or opportunity
5.  It prepares you for future leadership opportunities because if you get better at presenting, you’ll be ready when the time comes to do it for a larger audience.
7. It’s so great to know that when other people are just having coffee or going to lunch, that you are building a better life and helping other people do the same I have a friend in our profession who wanted to launch his business.

Set a goal to do one face to face meeting every day. You can figure it out. Breakfast, coffee, lunch, it doesn’t matter. Make it happen.
